Engcon takes center at Conexpo with three different excavators

Engcon and it’s tiltrotator stand will be taking centre stage at this year’s largest construction trade show, Conexpo 2020.

Between March 10-14, 2020 its time for Conexpo the massive construction equipment trade show, held every three years in Las Vegas. The trade show features the latest equipment advances and newest technology applications in every aspect of construction and is a stand-out event. So, for Conexpo 2020, Engcon will be trying to make as big an impact as possible. At the stand, there will be three different excavators showcasing Engcon’s products and the tiltrotator.

Engcon, the world’s leading tiltrotator manufacturer supplies tools and accessories for excavators all over the world. The range is well established in the Nordic region and has grown in recent years throughout Europe as more markets recognize the potential. Two years ago, Engcon North America opened sales offices in North Haven and Connecticut, focusing on the nine most eastern and northern states in its US sales efforts.

In North America, much of the customer base are so-called “early adopters” using tiltrotators and Engcon’s products to effectively save time and money. So, Conexpo is the ideal platform to showcase the tiltrotator to a larger audience and to educate them on how the Engcon system drives more efficiency, safety and flexibility.

“It is important for those who are as yet unaware to see our products at work because many can hardly believe that the tiltrotator is really as effective as it is. So, we’ll be running demonstrations with an excavator equipped with our tiltrotator and our automatic, hydraulic quick hitch together with a collection of our versatile hydraulic tools that perform different tasks. New for this year is that we’re also bringing along two machines that we’ll let our visitors test drive. We know that those who test our products become sold on them,” says Anders Smith, Region Director at Engcon.

There are three major construction equipment fairs that alternate every three years: Intermat in France, Bauma in Germany and Conexpo in the United States. Conexpo hosts over 2000 exhibitors and 150 demonstrations and lectures over five days. But this is not Engcon’s first participation at Conexpo.

“Through previous years’ participation, we have learned what attendees are looking for, and at the same time, we want to gear up our presence even more. For example, we are very proud to collaborate with some of the industry’s greatest influencers. They are pioneers in their own sectors and invested early in a tiltrotator and EC-Oil. They believe that the new technology works so well that they tell the world about it themselves via their own channels. During Conexpo we have now made it possible for interested parties to meet these influencers on our stand. We want the tiltrotator to be an obvious choice in North America as it is in the Nordic region, and to do so we have to dare to invest,” says Anders Smith.

At Engcon’s stand (F2764) at Conexpo, visitors can meet Team Engcon and test drive an excavator with a tiltrotator, or watch as an experienced operator show how to best work on the market’s most modern equipment.
