Boral is closely monitoring and responding to developments in relation to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Their focus is to the health and safety of employees, customers and communities. They continue to take measures to help manage the risk of spreading the virus.

“No signature” delivery guideline

To improve social distancing effectiveness, Boral is asking their teams to work with you through digital channels as much as possible. Importantly, to comply with social distancing guidelines they are immediately discontinuing the requirement for signatures on dockets. The docket will be kept by the driver in the truck and will not be automatically handed to you unless requested.

The driver will record your site’s contact name and ‘CV19’ in the signature field on the paper docket. If the docket is requested, the “no signature” guideline still applies and social distancing must be observed.

Dockets are now available electronically online or can be emailed directly to your inbox.
