High Productivity with Peak Screening by Sandvik

Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology introduce Peak Screening– an innovative screening solution for both mining and quarrying applications.

Peak Screening offers a complete package of screens, screen media, aftermarket parts and services, and warranty programs, and is customisable to any operation. Its performance concept is designed to maximise the productivity of every square metre of a screening operation.

Sandvik has developed three new ranges of maintenance-friendly, high performing, modular screens that are more versatile, more reliable, faster to get on-site and safer to operate.

Sandvik’s screening equipment, screening media and services work optimally with each other and ensure the screening operation is as productive as possible, with support from Sandvik’s product specialists to help configure, optimise, troubleshoot, and support the operation.

WX6500 offers up to 15 times longer wear life than standard wire mesh, but with the same screening accuracy for better productivity and uptime.

Sandvik’s unique Reliability and Performance package include two years’ extended equipment warranty, regular inspections, maintenance recommendations, troubleshooting and performance analysis that can help optimise service intervals and avoid costly breakdowns. The Peak Screening solution also comes with a performance guarantee and the full support of Sandvik’s product and maintenance specialists.
