Maxam Tire North America announced that the MS503 L5 is now available in the 875/65R29 tire size. The only L5 aggressive high-traction tread pattern tire in the industry available in the 875/65R29, the MS503 is manufactured in Maxam’s state-of-the-art radial tire facility using cutting-edge engineering and groundbreaking compounding technology.
To meet the demanding application requirements in the off-the-road industry, Maxam has engineered the MS503 to provide a long-lasting rugged solution for wheel loaders and underground mining equipment.
Expertly engineered to maximize service life in the harshest applications, the Maxam MS503 is built tough to withstand wear and cutting. Featuring an extra deep, open lug L5T traction pattern with staggered tread blocks, this tire is made to provide continuous ground contact for improved ride comfort. Designed for maximum stability in severe off-road applications, the MS503 incorporates a square shoulder design and wide footprint. The MS503 program showcases a reinforced bead, shoulder, and sidewall construction to perform with even greater stability.
Built with the goal to provide the lowest cost-per-hour without sacrificing performance, the MS503 65-series is a value-added global solution. Designed to minimize downtime due to tire damage, the MS503 integrates a durable cut and tear-resistant rubber compound that eliminates the constant threat of downtime due to tire damage.
“In today’s demanding OTR industry, the addition of the 65-series positions the MS503 to be the only aggressive L5T tire in the industry available in wide aspect ratio, delivering even more stability, power, and productivity to OTR applications globally. To meet the evolution of newer equipment requiring higher load capacity and flotation, the MS503 65-series is engineered to perform exceptionally while safely tackling challenges of OTR equipment with maximum power, performance, and reliability,”
