Rubble Master expands its business in North America with additional dealers, new financing alternatives, enhanced parts distribution and state-of-the-art drive systems. Rubble Master looks back on a successful business year with significant growth in North America. Additional dealers, an expansion of the spare parts business, new financing models, as well as new products with highly efficient diesel-electric or hybrid drives are expected to contribute to continuing this growth in 2023.
Strongest Rubble Master dealer network ever in North America
In recent years, Rubble Master has worked to further expand the coverage of its sales territory in North America and in 2022 was again able to attract strong reputable partners in Brooks Tractor and Power Motive Corporation. Brooks Tractor is the leading construction equipment dealer in Wisconsin and will handle sales and service of Rubble Master equipment in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Power Motive Corp is the new contact for eastern Colorado, eastern Wyoming and Arizona. Discussions are already underway with other new partners.
Also the Rubble Master organization in North America is growing. Additional staff and new locations are expected to drive growth and provide even more support for both dealers and customers.
Expansion of the aftermarket business
Rubble Master has always had a strong commitment to provide dealers as well as customers with a premium parts service and to grow the parts business. The aftermarket parts business grew strongly by 33% last year and now accounts for a significant portion of sales. Currently, the North American market is centrally supplied through the Memphis location. Due to the strong growth of the spare parts business, Rubble Master is planning to expand its warehouse and is currently looking into setting up a new, larger location in Texas that will offer twice as much space and enable faster turnarounds. In order to be able to react even faster to customer requirements and to be able to offer competitive prices, the company is also increasingly relying on local parts purchasing and regional suppliers.
New usage-based financing solutions offer more flexibility
An increasingly important success factor in the sale of construction machinery is a flexible and attractive range of financing options. The RM XSMART telemetry system, developed by Rubble Master itself and meanwhile proven hundreds of times, enables a completely new flexibility to offer financing solutions based on the actual utilization of the machines. This is an enormous advantage, especially in the rental business, as the user is charged on the basis of the degree of utilization of his machines.
Several models with a combination of rental contract duration and effective machine utilization are possible. To guarantee secure and correct billing for the business partners, the usage data is secured using blockchain technology.
New products on their way, including a new jaw crusher
Several product developments are in the pipeline and will both expand the portfolio of crushers and broaden the product offering of screens.
Currently, Rubble Master is preparing to launch a large 44 ” x 28″ jaw crusher in the second half of the year. This jaw crusher, designed from the ground up, the RM J110X, is based on the RM NEXT philosophy and will incorporate the manufacturer’s new high-efficiency drive concepts in addition to numerous groundbreaking and innovative features. This will both significantly expand the application range of Rubble Master crushers, open up new opportunities in the market and also support Rubble Master ‘s growth path. The launch and the first demo events will take place Q3/2023, more detailed information will be published in the course of the next months.
Maximum modularity and savings with Rubble Master products based on innovative drive systems
Being able to combine crushers and screens depending on the current requirements is particularly relevant to customers. Starting with feed heights that are matched to each other, to the simple plug & play connection of machines, when a crusher drives a screen electrically using a power cable, for example, the RM portfolio delivers impressive modularity. This ensures that the processing machines can be combined with other RM machines at any time and expanded to form a crushing and screening train, to optimise output and adapt to the on-site conditions. Depending on requirements, we can deploy highly efficient stand-alone solutions or complex machine trains consisting of RM crushers, screens, stockpile belts, and digital solutions.
The modularity of the RM product portfolio results firstly in maximum flexibility and, secondly, in considerable fuel savings: If the use of a hybrid machine already brings a fuel reduction of up to 25% compared to a diesel-direct crusher or a hydraulic screen, combining them into one machine train increases the savings even further. When a diesel-direct crusher drives the new RM hybrid screen, the customer saves up to 33% on fuel. In combination with an RM hybrid crusher, which drives the RM hybrid screen, the savings potential reaches up to 50%. In addition, if only one engine is running because the crusher is driving the screen, the customer only has to refuel and service one engine, effectively saving fuel, time, and money.
